This website is operated by Renergy Solutions S.à r.l., 5, rue Louvigny, L-1946 Luxembourg (R.C.S. B312564, TVA LU37853821).
Public pages show a community as a whole: its name, how many metering points take part, and one approximate pin for the area. They do not show a member's name, address, metering point, identity document, bank details, or exact location, and they do not say whether a point is a household or a company.
If you create an account or join a community, we process the details needed to run that community: contact data, the metering point, and the documents you upload. Those pages are not public.
The neighbours check only says whether a local sharing level is possible near an address you type. It does not give the distance to a producer and it does not name them.
